Welcome to Bella Art and Photo.  Spring is just around the corner!  Bella Art and Photo has new photographs of the ocean off Pacific Grove California.    The Special Projects page has photo art and cartoons which include kittens, turkey's, and martini sharks.   The proceeds from the cartoons help with the cat rescue project I work on,  when I am not taking photographs and drawing!  Let us know how we are doing through our new Contact page!.  Oh!  I almost forgot, you can now see photographs of the classic old Mearle's Drive In located in Visalia, California.
